Data Privacy Manifesto

At “Induscabos,” we are committed to your data privacy. We have adopted a data privacy governance model aimed at continuously improving our maturity level.

As part of this commitment to data privacy, we would like to share with you some definitions outlined in the LGPD (General Data Protection Law):

  • Personal Data – Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • Sensitive Personal Data – Any personal data that may lead to discrimination, such as data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership in a union or religious, philosophical, or political organization, health or sexual life data, genetic or biometric data.
  • Data Subject – The natural person to whom the personal data refers.
  • Processing – Any operation carried out with personal data, such as collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction.
  • Controller – A natural or legal person, public or private, who makes decisions regarding the processing of personal data.
  • Processor – A natural or legal person, public or private, who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
  • Data Protection Officer (DPO) – The individual appointed by the controller to communicate and handle matters directly with the data subject and ANPD – National Data Protection Authority.

We affirm that we respect and work to ensure the rights of data subjects as provided in the LGPD.

 

 

Rights of Data Subjects include:

  • Confirmation of the existence of data processing.
  • Access to personal data being processed.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data.
  • Data portability to another data controller.
  • Deletion of data (under the conditions specified by law).
  • Information on the sharing of your data, if applicable.
  • Revocation of previously given consent.
  • Objection if you disagree with a processing activity carried out without your consent and consider it irregular.

We declare that we are working to comply with the law by adopting a privacy governance framework, aiming to fully meet the legal requirements.
